I have to be honest. It felt like she was just rubbing oil into me.
We even had a chat before hand and she asked if I'd like soft or hard, I asked for hard and never received it so was a pointless conversation. So I got myself ready and I was waiting for I'd say what felt like 10 minutes for her to come back into the room.
Towards the end of the massage it started to feel rushed as she was making up for lost time. Didn't feel like a massage, just felt like I was getting a rub down.

Could probably use some TLC for the spa area. Didn't like the carpet around the pool. There was mold on the ceiling in places around the heated chairs & there weren't enough relaxation chairs for the 6 spa guests to all use one at the same time. Including the one at the pool, there were only 5.
