The place is dated and not particularly clean.
Despite signs everywhere saying no u16’s... a child was in the pool in the morning on our arrival.... where said child took a crap in the pool! It was shut all day!
The afternoon tea was in a communal fridge where anyone could have been poking there fingers in it. The massage was rushed. The therapist gave us a note saying it was 12.15 - the at 12 she came out demanding why we were not there... would not recommend or go back. Terrible

Treatment and afternoon tea were great.Unfortunately, my overall rating is ‘poor’ because of the atmosphere at the Secret Spa. It was anything but relaxing as there were very loud children screeching at the top of their voices and bombing into the pool. I left the pool area but could hear them across the whole facility including the ‘quiet zone’ at the entrance. Whilst I appreciate it’s the school holiday, you are selling relaxing spa breaks but providing a leisure centre vibe.
