I really enjoy spa days at the Secret Spa. The treatments are good and I always leave feeling relaxed.
The one element I’d like to see improved is the booking experience. I rang multiple times to book a Spa Day (not possible to do this online) and left my number twice but did not receive a return call. Finally I managed to book by email. However I did not receive any further communication re what I should bring, treatment times etc. In fact a change to the times was emailed to me 30 minutes in!

It really lived up to its name "Secret Spa" because it is set in a beautiful rural location. A hidden gem, that felt very exclusive for our spar day. There were only six people in total there. Sarah Daisy and Julie are very friendly, experienced and skilled. We all enjoyed our treatments and felt very relaxed afterwards. The swimming pool is a good size, the jacuzzi very relaxing, the steam room and sauna were at the perfect temperature.
The lunch was amazing, fresh and local and delicious.
