My daughter, my wife. our friend and her daughter were gifted this for my daughter's birthday. My daughter had a facial and wife a deep tissue massage which they both commented were great. The staff were polite and the facilities good. There was a mix up about the afternoon tea but staff at the spa were happy to rectify the situation without question. My wife thought it was good value and a lovely way to spend a day.
The staff and the treatment were 1st class however the facilities really let it down. The jacuzzi was the size of a postage stamp, there was no pool and it was very dimly lit, felt a bit like a cave..there was Fruit tea and water on offer FOC but we asked for a traditional tea and coffee instead, when it arrived it was cold and we were changed £11 for the privilege...
The afternoon tea was delicious and again the staff were very helpful and friendly.
the deep tissue massage was sub-par but the facials were great. I would not recommend spending the money here - there's much better massages at places like the crazy bear. however, the facials with elemis were fantastic at the randolph.
Lovely and relaxing spa offering a wide range of treatments. With extremely professional therapists. Perfect sanctuary in Oxford, a very nice place to visit.
