Excellent day from start to finish - we were made to feel as if we were the only people that mattered in the spa and the tea was lovely.
Nice spa for a relaxing day. Facilities are quite small (2 small steam rooms, 2 small saunas, 1 hot tub,1 ice bar, a small relaxation room, no swimming pool) but I came on a Friday and there weren't that many people so wasn't a bother.
Excellent massage.
No extraction though discussed with facial.
Steam and aromatherapy room not very hot
Lovely day with spa in the morning followed by afternoon tea in the lounge, slight confusion over treatments booked as with a group of 4 ladies. Had treatments in the couples room which we were only asked about as we went in and felt they should have checked we were happy about that before calling us for our treatments. However the hot stone massage was a real winner! Afternoon tea good and took uneaten cakes home but the pot of tea could have been hotter. I would have preferred tetleys to the loose leaf tea on offer. Overall through it was a thoroughly enjoyable day and our friend whose hen do was the occasion for getting together
really enjoyed it so that was the main thing.
