First impressions on driving up was What an amazing building and location. On entering the spa I continued to be wowed. STUNNING ! The Decor, staff ambience was just perfect. We had a wonderful day, staff made us feel so special. The massage was brilliant and the relaxation areas was just what I needed before Christmas.
Thank you all, good luck for the future, but I don’t think you will need it.
I went to the newly opened park spa on Sunday with my mum. A run away before Christmas really hit!
When I arrived at the spa it was really easy to find with signage.
The lady at reception was so nice , she showed us around the facilities which looks so cosy with all the furry blankets around!
We were left to get ready for a day of relaxation in the changing room , which I will say is on the smaller side, 1 shower. Could also do with some hooks and a bench as only 2 stools for the mirror where hair dryer is.
Lockers are provided.
I first made my way out to the hot tubs, which I love the wooden make which isn’t plastic. The hot tubs oversee the countryside so it’s really tranquil & calm.
After the hot tub I went to the steam room. This seemed to have a few issues with cutting out but it worked again fine after a member of staff sorted it out.
The sauna you can add your own scents ie lavender.
It was then lunchtime so I made my way up to the bubbles & gin bar where again is mega cosy. I booked for afternoon tea but they also provide lunch options which look so cute! Bento box style. So filling, but also on the health conscious side of your trying to be good while at the spa.
I then went and relaxed in the quite room. Before I went for my massage
The therapists get you to fill a form out before you go for the treatment to try find out what you want from the treatment & then have a little discussion with you. I really did leave my treatment feeling relieved and relaxed.
Before I left I had a browse around the Espa retail area which was beautifully displayed. So temping to buy some new skincare!
Overall a lovely spa day which I hear is having things added slowly. Super friendly and helpful staff! Amazing massages!

We came to the park spa to have festive nails done and they look fabulous. All the staff were lovely and helpful and the facilities were great...such a lovely spa and I’ll definitely be back
Had a wonderful Gel Manicure. My nails look amazing! such a brilliant range of colours to choose from. Staff are so friendly and welcoming, the Spa is also beautifully decorated.
