The spa is in a beautiful setting and my massage was lovely. However, spa facilities are limited and service for drinks and food was slow
The staff there were either really friendly. We arrived in the late afternoon and were allowed to have a drink of our choice as we don't drink alcohol. Unfortunately the facilities weren't very clean. The changing rooms need attention throughout the day to change the floor mats and clean sinks and make sure there is enough toilet paper. That was not done and made me feel uncomfortable. I only used the steam room which was lovely and hot. Couldn't see how clean it was as it was dark. There was a shower outside the steam room that was out of order and extremely dirty. There was a dirt/dust ball collected in there and it looked awful. My friend had a pregnancy massage with someone trained which she loved. My massage was great too. Only down side is they asked us if there was an area they'd like us to include and my friend said scalp but they didn't do it.
We had such a lovely day, and such a nice relaxing time. So much, that we all fell asleep in the relaxation room. Highly recommended and would love to come again. Made my friends 30th Birthday really special.
