It was nice to enjoy a treatment back at the salon. Natalie has worked hard at ensuring that the salon is clean and that customers aren’t crossing over during their sessions. The girls are wearing full PPE. Everyone needs to wear a mask, despite this Natalie made me feel really welcome.

My first trip back to the salon since Covid and I am so impressed! Natalie and the team made me feel incredibly safe with all the extensive measures they have taken. Fantastic experience and treatment as always but a huge relief that they are putting customer health and safety first!

A thoroughly enjoyable and reassuring experience- the perfect post lockdown pamper session to really ease me back into the new normal! From the moment I arrived at the salon I felt comfortable that I was in safe hands. The meticulous levels of cleanliness in the salon and focus on safety made me instantly comfortable. Natalie talked me through every step of the process and did an exceptional job of my mani/pedi. I left with a big smile on my face...it's good to be back at Kings and Queens

I was nervous given the current situation however Natalie was totally covered in PPE and took our temperature before we came in. We washed our hands and all instructions were explained in clear way ie no towels instead disposable ones etc. It was stress free and to top it off my nails look amazing! Thank you
