Many positive things to say about my first trip back to the salon after lockdown. Firstly Caroline, my amazing therapist, made me feel relaxed and comfortable by ensuring that the highest standard of care was taken to protect from COVID. She explained what measures she and the business had taken to protect their clients. The salon was absolutely spotless too. My treatments were amazing and relaxing. Anybody in Essex that needs beauty services should come to K&Q and especially to Caroline

Natalie has really taken the time to ensure the salon is a safe but still welcoming experience which is so reassuring in these strange times. Everything was really clean and hygienic and of course the manicure and pedicure were amazing and felt so good after months of failed attempts at home. Thank you Natalie

As soon as I arrived Nathalie made name feel safe. The precautions were thorough and well thought through. Nothing was too much bother and she had every area of hygiene covered.
