What a pleasure to come back for a pampering session after 4 months.
I felt really comfortable as Nathalie was wearing a mask and a face shield, your temperature is screened before you can come in and the rooms are cleaned after all patients.
I can’t wait to return.

I was slightly apprehensive, this being my first visit since KnQ has reopened since lockdown, however there was no need. As always, Alex was amazing and my massage felt so good - particularly after the break.
However, even more impressive was the attention to detail in making sure the environment is as safe as possible. The room was even more spotless than usual and whilst there are a few minor adjustments - temperature taken at entry, masks, hand sanitizers, PPE for Alex - this only helped to relax me.
Can’t wait for my next visit.

The best facial for me. It was quiet and relaxing
. I think for me to have been that relaxed was an indication of the experience.
