I had a great Swedish massage at the Health and Beauty Centre. Lydia ensured that I was comfortable throughout, and made me feel at ease of I wanted more/less pressure. The heated blanket under the massage table meant I was very comfortable! And she had a great technique. I would definitely come back again.
Lydia also managed to fit me in for an eyebrow /lash tint before my massage, which was done really well, and she really listened to how dark I wanted them to be.

Friendly and helpful staff, cosy treatment room. Massage was wonderful, really relaxing, and good value for money. Lucy was brilliant. I will definitely be going back.

Good facial, firm massage, competent therapist. Bit surprised the therapist didn t ask me about my skin or tell me anything about the treatment. Also that I was left afterwards with mascara all round my eyes (could have removed it for me, it was a cleansing facial after all!) Band to keep hair off my face was covered with other people's foundation. Appreciated the swift booking process.
