It was the first time I had ever had highlights and I was nervous. Michael reassured me and explained the whole process. He was conscientious, fast,professional,courteous and pleasant. It took about three hours,but it was relaxing and a very positive experience in lovely surroundings. He and his partner Laura go out of their way to ensure each client is completely satisfied with their hairstyle.
