Terrible place, from the receptionist to Susan Susanne or whatever her name is.
Rude and unprofessional, cancelled my appointment without my consent and I had to pay a charge. The receptionist lied and said I had covid which I never mentioned. Had a really bad attitude and did not listen to anything I had to say. I was feeling poorly in the morning, despite my doctor telling me all was fine. they still forced cancellation and made me pay. I have seeked external advice.
