Welcome was fine and according to guidelines. Room was smallish and warm initially (then cooled significantly), but the heater was turned off as the therapist was getting hot. She was attentive for me to get comfortable which was great, but the massage was really just, ok. I somehow just didn’t feel amazing after it, or relaxed. It was supposed to be some me time - the first time in six months, but felt disappointed after.

Went for MediBac acne facial and none of the products were targeted to acne prone skin (ie BHAs), no high frequency used after extractions. The facial was supposed to come with LED light add on and none was used. Massage was done after mask which is not the right order for calming the skin. Would not recommend overall.
