George was excellent, I felt that I was in experienced and capable hands. He was also very sensitive.

Not good. Had to wait outside in the rain. Then they claimed that I had booked for a pedicure when I hadn’t. Had issues taking off the nail polish; reduced my spa manicure to an express manicure (no refund though). Appointment ended 15 mins early dispute ‘not having enough time’ to do spa manicure. Ladies were loud - knocked over a table 3 times, super loud talking, emptied tumble dryer condenser right behind me. I know this is a tough time, but telling me you don’t know how you’re going to pay your bills during lockdown isn’t something I can help with and makes me feel super awkward. Complained about having nail dust on her. Kept saying how my nails were in bad condition. When I left and could see my nails in light, they have bubbles all over them. Hands were super dry - no hand cream used or anything. Wouldn’t recommend.
