My appointment was rescheduled without notifying me which resulted in me being 5 mins late for it. The therapist said that she is unable to do the waxing because there is not enough time. When I called the manager trying to reschedule the session I was told that it is not possible and that I will lose the money I paid. This place does not seem to care about clients at all and has very rigid attitude. I wont ever show up there again and wont recommend to anyone either.
