I visited Tammy with an injured back / shoulder from a rugby match. After only one session my pain was alleviated and mobility regained. I have subsequently continued my sessions with Tammy who is thorough, considerate and experienced and I have gained greater mobility in my back and shoulders - partly damaged through rugby but also from 10 years of desk work. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone considering.
