Really thorough massage getting to the heart of my chronically tight legs. Tammy knows just how much to keep pushing to see a benefit and not just induce pain (which is what many sports massage therapists end up doing). I will definintely be a repeat customer!!

As a runner, Tammy is the BEST sports massage therapist I've had. She's very knowledgable, excellent in identifying the cause of injury, dealing with it and suggesting exercises and stretches that will help. She has a lovely light and spacial room, and for the city, her prices are very competitive. I cannot recommend her enough.
