Tammy, a passionate massage therapist, is happy to welcome you and share her know-how. She qualified from LSSM and has been doing sports massage since 2015. She has extensive experience with various sports people including championship football players where she was one of the therapists at Ipswich Town. Cyclists at the Velodrome in Stratford & Athletes in Birmingham where she volunteered at the Commonwealth Games in 2022.
Tammy also has extensive experience working in the city helping the city workers with their aches & pains whether they are serious athletes, just enjoy going to the gym or a run or they just sit at a desk all day. You don't have to do sport to benefit from a sports massage.
