A little misleading that the facial was only 50-55 mins when an hour was paid for but the facial itself was very relaxing and I was left glowing afterwards!

Charlotte gave me a fabulous pedicure but was really cross as I had prepaid and then charged another 15 pounds to remove my previous polish . This was totally unacceptable and I will not be returning again as feel for nearly 50 pounds this should be included , ok charge me extra 5 or so but 15 is pure greedy
