I was a little disappointed with my appointment. The venue was nice and there was soft music playing throughout my waxing session. However, the room was freezing, and the therapist did not talk much so it was hard to relax. The wax itself was not great she used the wax strips so many times the wax was loaded upon the strip which made it more painful when removing. When I got home there were huge patches of hair that she had missed so I ended up having to shave on top. My Bikini wax was wonky so
