On arrival the hotel was impressive. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful However our room was not 5 star.
We found it small and basic. We would have liked a coffee machine, & fresh milk in the fridge, not UHT milk & instant coffee in a sachet. The bathroom was very small & after a shower we had to mop the floor with a towel. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept well.
The Indian head massage was amazing! Cristina is amazing! Highly recommended

Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff .Spa area was very nice but ladies’ changing room a little tired looking and would have been nice to access extra towels in the changing room . But overall fab experience and I would definitely go back .

I enjoyed a relaxing time in the spa before a superb full body massage and facial with Simone who was such a skilled and caring therapist. I cannot recommend her enough!!
