I had a lovely Traditional De-stress Muscle Massage with Cristina, who was very professional and friendly, which immediately made me feel comfortable.
The massage itself was amazing — the pressure was perfect, and she really focused on the areas that needed extra attention. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a professional yet friendly experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My massage was very good (Indian Head), however, when we arrived at the spa there was nobody to meet us and we had to find someone (from the hotel). Owing to the lack of knowledge by the assisting hotel staff we missed one of our treatments.
The spa staff (2) we very nice but are clearly not supported by the hotel.

The treatments and the team were lovely. However, the facilities need looking at - things like hairdryers don’t work properly in the changing rooms, the swimming pool looks unclean around the edges and the towels were terrible. It’s such a shame that these smaller things let it down when the team and massages are so good. I hope this feedback is seen as constructive as we love the hotel and want it to do well.
