We had a treatment each (facial and massage), which we cannot fault. Very relaxing and the therapists were lovely.
Our only quibble is that the pool area could do with having the grout (in and out of the pool) re done. The relaxation room didn’t feel very luxurious or relaxing sadly. There was a lovely spa smell in the pool area which was nice, but the hydro seat did not work either

The therapist came to get us for our treatments late so the actual massage was barely 20 minutes.
Steam and salt room were great. Nowhere to 'relax' unless you are having a treatment and can use the relaxation room. There isn't a clock anywhere. Overall was happy with the spa morning but not 'wowed' enough to go back.
Relaxing Massage
There was no one at the desk when i arrived ahead of my treatment to use the facilities. This is because they had no cover for the front desk and there was a note saying 'therapist is in treatment'. As a result i waited around wasting my time, had to go out to the reception desk twice and in the end had to ask someone working at the Club (but not in the spa) if they could at least just give me a locker key so i could go down and use the facilities. Was not a great start to my experience :(
Aromatherapy Massage
I have been to the spa many times over the years usually for “holiday” pedicures. My therapist this time was Arik, she was brilliant, the quality of her work and attention to detail exceptional plus her customer service skills were fantastic. Her experience showed compared to previous therapists, she was top notch!
