Staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The room was clean, very quiet and very comfy bed. Room could be better with china cups in room rather than two disposable. The hot water took a very long time to heat up, which meant we didn’t have time to shower that evening. The corridor to rooms had an extremely off putting smell, probably due to lack of fresh air and deep clean. Despite all this the staff more than made up for any niggles and couldn’t do enough to ensure we were comfortable.

Breakfast was generous. We made the most the steam room and jacuzzi as we were the only clients there. I would recommend to book an early appointment as we did, as it can get very busy and the spa is quite small.
Very nice and clean. We really appreciated the shower for after the treatment-amazing shower and toiletries were provided.

Had an amazing time visiting the Chilsworth spa with the treatment of a full body massage included. The staff are friendly and considerate to any needs, the atmosphere is just what you what expect - clean, relaxing, calm. Definitely will be returning again soon!

It was okay, definitely disappointed. Firstly, 'leisure access' was literally a jacuzzi and steam room. Very small but considering there was only us in there it was lovely! Secondly, the massage I requested was the deep tissue massage. And what I got certainly wasn't that. More like an overly oily rub and she didn't even talk to me or ask if the pressure was okay. The afternoon tea was not what we ordered either. States there are two options -there wasn't. First spa day in ages, DISAPPOINTED!
