Cons - 1. When booking I was told they did not offer pregnancy massages,which is false as 'pregnancy ritual massage' is stated on their website. 2. They pushed all of our appointments back by an hour without asking me. 3. The spa facilities were terrible, steam room stank of feet, jacuzzi was cold. 4. All spa appointments and spa access was running late. Pros 1. Afternoon tea was delicious, the waitress was attentive and made us a delicious mocktail. 2. Massage was 7/10.

Friendly staff but the toilet was broken (someone did come to fix it but it broke again) dated decor in the room. The spa was small but nice however I’m pretty sure the masseuse wasn’t qualified as even though I asked for a deep tissue massage with a lot of pressure she basically moisturised my legs for 80% of the time.

Great facilitates and great massage. Someone was in before us so changing room me around the jacuzzi was not totally clean. But good overall.
