The spa facilities were average but the massage was very good and soothing. The towels and bathrobe were supplied on request. The afternoon tea was lovely and filling.

The whole experience was amazing every single staff member I came across on Saturday 3rd July were pleasant and happy to help with any questions I had. The restaurant five stars also food was beautiful I will definitely be coming again thank you for the service :)

Lovely time spent in the jacuzzi and steam room. Only negative is it’s quite a compact space, although a lovely space. We were lucky to get exclusive use for 1 hour and then went for our excellent massage, but we returned to the spa area to shower and it was a little awkward sharing the space with the next people in the jacuzzi. However this was resolved when we asked if there was another room to blow dry our hair so as to not disturb the next people. Lovely welcome, lovely staff all round.

Best Spa day I’ve ever had. Staff excelled them selves especially restaurant staff. I can’t say good enough comments about the day. Certainly will be back!! Bravo. Thank you.
