We had afternoon tea for 5. The rea was great but there ants on our table and in the food. We told the restaurant staff but the waiter just shrugged his shoulders.
The Spa was tiny, too small for 5 and there were no changing rooms and 1 toilet.
Would not go back.

Unfortunately I was advised to arrive 30 mins ahead of our appointment but on arrival was told I was too early. I had to chase the staff to give me the necessary forms. The spa itself is small and has no swimming pool. There is also only one shower for after the treatment. My massage was lovely.

The actual massage (full body deep tissue) was amazing! The rest of the experience was bizarre. I was running a late and emailed to let them know, but on arrival was left waiting whilst the spa receptionist gossiped with hotel staff. The "spa" is actually one small room, with a changing room big enough for 1 person and lockers that I couldn't lock. On leaving the receptionist chased me saying I needed to pay £65 despite me showing email receipts that I'd paid in advance.

I had a lovely therapist called Bethany. She was excellent. Really professional and well trained as a Massage therapist and racialist. Highly recommended
