The massage was absolutely amazing- Monica was truly wonderful. It was honestly one of the best massages I have ever had. Sadly however, the spa itself was very dirty. The jacuzzi was sooooo mouldy. The lights were dim but you could still see it. There was also nowhere to get ready or relax, just a tiny waiting area, a shared changing room with lockers crammed inside it, and one communal toilet which was also a shower! Definitely not relaxing and hard to share with other guests due to the size.

Lack of communication between staff and customers (people waiting next to us also said the same). When finally spoken too after waiting 45 minutes after we filled out our forms. We were accused of lying about an email I had received with two different times. To which I showed the lady! - when we finally got into the spa we were left waiting for bottles of water for over an hour. & My hair got covered in oil despite it being to the side wasn’t impressed. But overall was ok.

The day was seamless, the restaurant manager Leyla, and the Spa Assistant manager Justina & their teams were very welcoming, professional, attentive & responsive to meet my needs.

The massage and food was very very good. Infact, we are going back again just for this. The actual spa facilities and cleanliness wasnt very good as the changing room was wet and people kept coming and going, so there was little privacy
