Everyone we interacted with were very kind and the place was well organised. It’s not a big spa and we felt looked after. The massage was the best I’ve ever had and i will definitely comeback! The afternoon tea was good too. The sandwiches were disappointing (felt like they were out for too long) the scones were delicious but very small, and the desserts were also stunning.

Our afternoon was amazing! I took my daughter for her birthday treat and we certainly weren’t disappointed.
The staff were so attentive and welcoming and the hot stone massage was the best we have ever had. The champagne afternoon tea was lovely and again the staff made us so welcome. I would highly recommend this experience. Thank you to all the staff especially the lovely massage ladies xx

Staff walked in to our room and put our food on the bed instead of handing this to us at the door. We were woken up by the doorbell ringing three times for staff to take back a bottle opener as the room didn't have one. Had less than half a toilet roll.
Spa receptionist didn't smile once. Alot of hair floating in the whirlpool and steam room smells bad. Had to share whirlpool with three others which was cramped. Lockers not working and hotel guests free to walk in and out of the pool area.
