We booked a Spa package which included a treatment and afternoon tea. We were a little hesitant when we entered the spa as the facilities are quite small. However, we had the most loveliest time! The facilities were small but for the 2 of us it was actually perfect! The masseuses were friendly and made us feel incredibly relaxed, we didn't want it to end! The afternoon tea was great, (Arya) went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! Would reccomend if you want a decently priced treat for 2.

We made our appointment for 11am a few weeks before the date and the day before I recieved an email stating my appointment had suddenly been changed to 10am without my consent. I missed this email as I was busy and arrived confused. The massage was terrible and consisted of being rubbed lightly with no massage techniques. The spa was a tiny jacuzzi we had to share with 2 other people, we barely all fit. Terrible experience, staff were unhelpful and rude.
