I booked for a massage and spa facilities there for my sister’s birthday. We have a great a great experience. And I would highly recommend it. Both Justina and Laura took great care of us. And they made everything even better. The only negative thing that I have to say it that they had only one employee that shift and we had to do the massage at deferent times so we didn’t spend much time together. However the employees were super amazing.

Lovely afternoon, the staff were all excellent and we felt very well looked after. Only slight niggle was the steam room had a smell of damp, it would have been nice to have some some eucalyptus oil etc in there. Also there was no sauna

The whole staff at the hotel was amazing. I have never been to a hotel where all the staff was on point and full of customer service before, this is the first.
I would recommend this hotel to the world at large. Keep making that magic happen.

-Couldn't find our booking and waited 15 mins to be shown to our room.
-Our small, dark, box of a room really smelt of weed and we noticed a shower cap over the fire alarm in the bedroom...
-Complained about this and was shown another bigger room which we much preferred. They also gave us a complimentary bottle of fizz to apologies which was a lovely touch.
-Breakfast the next day was only only ok. We were shown a table but no one came to ask if we wanted tea, no apple juice.
