a bit disappointed by the way the receptionist handled the booking; she made several errors in communication and didn't seem to pay attention to details; she kept recording dates and times incorrectly in spite of my repeatedly correcting her. On the day, the staff were polite & friendly &the masseuse was excellent. I had a deep tissue massage not a swiss massage and I was in a single not double room. Very small & slightly cramped spa, not much room to get ready, but massage was lovely

The spa area was very full and chaotic — not an enjoyable experience as everyone was on top of each other, there was no clear communication and no place to put our stuff. Our treatment times were changed twice on the day of booking, and when we arrived everything was running approx. 30mins behind. The massage itself was very good when it started, it was just everything around it that was a mess.
