Very small spa. Steam room not working. Was emailed in the morning to be informed and offer another visit to use the spa facilities.
The massage wzs bery good however lots of noise from outside the rooms.
The Jacuzzi was lame, weak bubbles and cold, we came straight out.
The staff were very kind and tried their best but very dissatisfied with our experience

The spa morning with afternoon tea was not a great experience. The massage itself was not very enjoyable and the spa facility was very poor. There was a spa pool big enough for four people and a wet room. So we had a spa treatment at 10am and then we had to wait until 1pm for our afternoon tea. There was no relaxation room to wait all that time in. When we went upstairs we were told we couldn't wait in the bar area and could only wait in reception on uncomfortable chairs. rude receptionists.
