The spa is small but the staff were lovely and the massage was excellent

Since me and my partner bought a vouchers from Groupon and had paid 110£ for 1 hour massage and two extra hours using the spa center, I can not imagine what the non promotional rates are when first of all I can not say that this is a spa center ( one tiny room which serves as relax zone, jacuzzi and reception desk ) it looks weird and very narrow. It is not convenient for more than 4 people maxim. The steam bath was even out of service... Massage was nothing special would never come back

On a positive note the facial an Indien afternoon tea was very good.
However the whole booking process and spa day was a very bad experience. Firstly it took me over 20 calls and at least 3 messages to make an appointment. The evening before I received an email that all facilities where out of action. I had a facial at 10 and afternoon tea started 13.30 and I ended up siting 2/12 hours in the waiting area. I spoke to manager and he offered to invite me back but no email after 4 weeks.

Paid for treatment, 2 hour Spa access and afternoon tea.
2 hour spa access not honoured due to problems.
Facial treatment was amazing and really helped the initial disappointment.
Afternoon Tea was nice and the service was exemplary.
I would not recommend the Spa as it is very small and not private. However the treatment and Tea was lovely and is set in a nice location.

Took half an hour to check in, spa staff were brilliant but too understaffed, afternoon tea was below standard but staff were good, would of been amazing stay apart from little thing.
