Lovely hotel rooms. Great service. The spa was slightly small and there was no resting area. No Sauna. Only a small jacuzzi and steam room.

This “spa” was tiny and too busy for the space. There are only two changing rooms/cupboard size spaces to use which you end up waiting for and the spa area is so small, hot tub not pool for two people and steam room smelt bad. The massage room was tiny so the poor masseuse kept bumping into my friends bed and her masseuse bumped into mine so we both found it very difficult to relax. The masseuse was okay but was very difficult to relax in such a compact space.

I booked a massage and spa day to be given to a friend for her birthday and I had arranged the time and date for her to attend her massage and spa. Twice, I was informed 12 hours before she was due to arrive that the SPA facilities are not working. She had already booked her trains from Bristol to London twice, what a let down when you're looking forward to the full package of a massage and spa but get told 12 hours before that the spa isnt working...
