When I got my eyebrows done, the lady doesn’t just assume how I want my eyebrows done she asked me for the shape I wanted and it came out perfectly. Always gets it right and not too thin.

Easy to find and clean enough. It's a nice facility but not particularly relaxing. The room I had my wax in was totally quiet and the therapist mentioned multiple times how hard lock down has been because people haven't been following their waxing routines... She also made a few comments specific to me which weren't necessarily very mean, but were unnecessary and made me uncomfortable about myself. The wax itself wasn't super painful (as far as waxes go). She was good about checking preferences.
