Poor appointment management & service. The appointment began 15+min late:the client before me wanted additional services done that had not been pre-booked & the manager agreed to that, which had a knock-on effect on my appointment, and another stylist - not the one I had originally booked- had to be brought over from another salon to cut my hair. Poor hand hygiene:no hand sanitiser dispensers available; clients hands sprayed with a disinfectant but not enough. I did not see the staff wash hands.

Shaggy was my therapist for this treatment and she was AMAZING, not only did she try to make it as pain free as possible, she was very reassuring and did a great job. Lovelyyy staff, best experience so far
