Therapist was really lovely and the massage was good. Her nails were a little long so I could feel them on my skin but aside from that the massage was good and the pressure was great.

The beautician seemed clumsy with the waxing. I couldn't relax because it felt like she was a beginner. She wore a mask on her chin, not covering her nose and mouth. I had to ask her to put it on properly. She pulled it down to blow on the wax- again, I had to ask her not to do this. She didn't remove all the hair. I won't be going back.
