Staff seemed accomodating but i think the offer was different whether you took it up in the bar or the spa - there didnt seem to be consistancy - ie. we didnt get homemade cake when others did.The coffee was poor and some was in our saucer.Sandwiches and scone not great and to the standard you would expect in this hotel.(no poached salmon) . Otherwise we had an enjoyable experience, however i wouldnt pay the full price so glad i got this voucher.
The spa area was very pleasant and three hours was just enough.
The hotel itself was great, the room was lovely, the staff fantastic and the overall experience very good. Very impressed!
