Had such a lovely weekend for my mums birthday. Would definitely recommend the hotel and deal to family and friends. The rasul mud treatment was fantastic. Staff were lovely and accommodating
The thing that let the hotel down was the overall maintenance of the hotel. Keys not working in locks well. Took us nearly 10 mins trying the get into room 16 because of a dodgy lock. Other than maintenance the hotel is nice and th staff are friendly
Nice places and facilities, especially the outside facilities, but quite small and bad shaped (had to go back to the tea room to go to some facilities), and the staff was not really warm welcoming and helpful
