Received a facial by Tina, and the experience was very relaxing. Tina hit all the right pressure points, along with making me feel at ease. The ambiance was tranquil, and I felt that I was in another place.
I thoroughly enjoyed the hot towel as well, as I have never experienced that, so I would definitely recommend that you try out the facials.
Would definitely be visiting the beauty lounge again to try out other treatments.

I was really pleased in general. Only pointer would be a few extra touches to make the experience feel more luxury would get top marks, and a few more colour chiices of the gels would also be nice.

Took my 10 year old granddaughter for a kids manicure and pedicure (first experience) and she had a lovely time. The young lady who did the treatment Abby was lovely and made her feel really comfortable and relaxed! Beautiful manicure too! Spot on woul definitely recomend The Beauty Lounge.
