Very pleasant staff at a nice local salon. I had a 1 hour Dermalogica facial which was lovely and very relaxing. I had not had a steam facial before and the sound of the steam machine was a little off-putting (like a kettle boiling) but it wasn't as hot as I feared it might be and felt fine. The facial massage was wonderful as was the hand and arm massage (I could chose between that and a head massage whilst the face mask was on). The only reason I made it 4 star instead of 5 star was that I didn't feel that it was personalised to my skin type, and the beautician didn't examine my skin before she started (it was a beautifully candle lit room so she wouldn't have been able to!) I did however enjoy it very much and would return for further treatments.

Thanks very happy with my nails they looked lovley. Only down fall is when I arrived no one greeted you or even acknowledged you but other than that nothing bad to say

Just had another great visit to the Beauty Lounge Elmfield. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and remembered me from my last visit. Excellent choice of colours for the gel manicure, and great service as always. I would really recommend.
