I've been here several times before and I always get the same treatment: eyebrow tint and shape. I love getting my eyebrows done by Ilona, she always does a great, thorough job: the shape is always fantastic and the colour is tip-top
However, I tried getting a manicure here for the first time today as well and it was utterly disappointing. The lady nipped my skin TWICE when she was cutting my cuticles and it wouldn't stop bleeding. I have no idea if they sterilize their tools so I just hope I won't get an infection. The blood dried up under the varnish so water doesn't wash it off and I have bloody outlines around two of my nails. She didn't use any cream or lotion to soften them beforehand so they were really dry. She didn't properly shape my nails either - she just quickly filed each nail on both sides so they look exactly the same as they did before the manicure (and the last time I had them shaped was almost a year ago).
It's a nice, clean and friendly salon, but I definitely wouldn't recommend the manicure to anyone.

Amazing little salon...felt at ease as soon as I arrived. Staff are very attentive and friendly - they listen to what you want done and also give great suggestions. Got a cut + balayage with Lana for excellent value and have had so many compliments since! Would recommend, thank you :)

I recently had a hot wax treatment at the Beauty Lounge. The therapist was professional, punctual and provided me with good after treatment care. I will definitely return here for my next wax!
