Lana is an exceptional hairdresser, she spent lots of time with me asking what I wanted done and making suggestions, she gave me an excellent head massage whilst washing my hair and was able to recommend products suitable for my hair type. I had full confidence in the new style that she suggested to me and she was really knowledgeable about hair generally, she then spent a long time styling it with care and I loved the new look she gave me - will definitely be back!
