Ilona is a brilliant beautician, super friendly and professional. I visit regularly for waxing and wouldn't go anywhere else for it now. Ilona gives great advice without making you feel embarrassed at all, and has good tactics to minimise any pain if you're sensitive. They also have a loyalty card which offers discounted treatments.

Great salon. All the staff are very welcoming. Lana cut my hair - she is a real pro and is absolutely delightful. I had to return to get some bits straightened, and she bent over backwards to provide the look I wanted. Thank you so much!

I have been coming to the Beauty Lounge for 2 years and Lana always does a great job with my hair. I am always greeted in a friendly manner and offered a cup of tea on arrival. I am less happy however with the booking process as I am no longer able to book and pay online, because 'men's haircut' no longer appears to be an option. This establishment does not accept card payment, which makes it a hassle when paying due to the poorly designed site. This is a shame, as despite the great service I received it is this aspect which I remember and puts me off coming back again in future.
