Not great. They forgot they had the treatwell app. They don't have a proper place for waxing it was just on a hair salon chair. The lady was forecbly moving my head around. Plus she waxed the top of my eyebrows without asking, which I don't usually do. They look good but the service was very poor.

This is a hidden gem. It is slightly outside the city centre. The staff is helpful and attentitive. The massage was exactly what I needed.

The wax was too hot. I felt rushed and uncomfortable. My skin is still red and she left loads of hairs. I called to complain and explain. The lady said that she'd call me back after speaking to the girl who did my treatment. This didn't happen. I'm unable to wear a bikini and would like a refund please
