Lovely staff and great treatments, they asked what my skin concerns were and really focused on those areas. The massage was also fantastic, very firm just as I had asked. This is the second Bannatyne Spa I've been to and the quality of both have been very high.
Very friendly and accommodating staff that helped with our complicated booking for six people. Will go back if I'm in the neighbourhood again!

The gym was actually really busy when we arrived, but the receptionist was very courteous and helped us as quickly as she could before introducing us to the gym, spa and other facilities. The relaxation room was perhaps the best part of the whole experience - if I was to go back I would most certainly bring a good book and lock out the rest of the world for a while between treatments! Everything was very nice but I don't know if wandering around in your robes from the swimming pool past the gym and reception to get to the spa facilities was the most glamorous or relaxing part of the experience - but layout of the venue can't really be helped. The only fault I really had was that you had to pay £3 for your robe and slippers....but you did get a nice bag to carry your shopping in later! The therapists we had were brilliant, friendly and professional. I would probably go back.....but I do know I wouldn't pay full price.
Lovely friendly staff and place! Easy to get to and no issue with parking which is great! Will be keeping my eye out for special offers!!
