Really disappointed. I had booked these treatments ready for my son's wedding on Tuesday. The appointment time had been rearranged by the salon. On arrival I found there had been a mess up and the salon had booked me for 40 mins and not the 1 hr 55 mins needed for the facial and eye brow/ eye last tint. All the rooms were full and they could do no more. I ended up with a short facial and eyebrow/lash tint and not the classic facial I had been looking forward to. How can this happen? The spa have given me credit on my account.

The beautician was friendly, chatty and down to earth. However, the welcome lacked a little of a special welcome. When you're paying all that money for a special treat and experience it should be more, well, welcoming.

I had the Lycon Wax and can confirm that it's significantly less painful than other types of waxing I've had in the past! Therapist was great too.

Therapist was excellent and gave a really neat Pedicure. Only small grumble is that they had a lot of large group bookings in that afternoon on Spa Days so my appointments were delayed and felt a little rushed.
