Great venue right in centre of town, Staff were amazing, was calm and relaxing amotshphere had abit of bother with the booking but the staff sorted it right out and the day went off just fine. Facalities are great all in all a great day. very relaxing as planned. The only one very small and silly thing about the flip flops they provide DO NOT GET THEM WET!! as they smell horrendous. :)

Overall a good experience, the facials were amazing and i would definitely go back however manicure was not very good and "quick dry" product didnt work as they were smudged before we left.
Had a great, relaxing day 8/10. The facilities were great and to use the gym to start with then unwind afterwards between the pool and sauna and jacuzza was brilliant. Also the massage was wonderful. Could not fault anything about the Bannantyne Spa Day. Would highly recommend this to my friends.
The experience was overall very good, and there was a very professional atmosphere. The fact that we could not get our spa treatments at the same time was a bit disappionting however a relaxation area was provided. Everything seemed to have been carefully thought out and catered for
I did not like the nylon dressing gowns at all. Otherwise the place seemed clean. A lack of natural daylight makes some parts of the spa claustrophobic. The heated loungers were absolutely fabulous though.
